Phoenix supported the writing and production of plans, responses, and relevant documents for a major hydro energy bid to Zero Terrain, also assisting with final document production and submission. Our team ensured the writing and formatting of submissions were of the highest quality and contained detail sufficient to meet the complex project and bid requirements. 

Phoenix provided a number of workshops to support our client throughout the bid, focusing on team behavioural development and workshopping and review of written responses. Leveraging our experience supporting teams and JVs on collaborative contract models, we ensured the right behaviours were adopted from the outset to create a ‘one team’ approach.

We supported on the bidding process for a large tunnel and metro extension project in Canada, working on both the RFQ and RFP phases. We supported the bid throughout its lifecycle, writing, managing and developing strategy in collaboration with the client. This comprehensive approach ensured alignment with client requirements and put our client in the best position possible to win this bid.

Phoenix supported our client with a range of services, assisting not only with individual bids but wider organisational marketing, interfaces, and communications. This holistic support has enabled our client to enhance their work winning and project management capabilities, with our experienced team helping to guide wider organisational goals and strategies.

Phoenix planned, designed and rolled out a new Integrated Management System (IMS) for our clients. In addition, we delivered an accompanying communications strategy to ensure ease of use and roll-out across the organisation. This comprehensive approach allowed for innovative strategy to be implemented in a way that facilitated this process of change.  

Phoenix reviewed and edited technical documentation during Early Contractor Involvement on this highly secure, complex nuclear project. Our team created a consistency checklist to align the written approach across several documents, ensuring technical terminology was clearly explained and accessible to both technical and non-technical readers.

Phoenix collaborated closely with our client to develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy that integrated both environmental and social objectives. By aligning the strategy with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we ensured a widely recognised framework guided the initiatives, fostering measurable impact and positioning our client competitively within the industry.

We supported the bid co-ordination, ideation and creation process for a major UK nuclear project, collaborating with the client throughout the bid lifecycle. This entailed extensive strategic planning in advance of tender release, co-ordination throughout the bid and workshops with varied client teams to support the development of detailed responses in alignment with our client’s strategic goals.
