Team building & collaboration
We supported the bid co-ordination, ideation and creation process for a major UK nuclear project, collaborating with the client throughout the bid lifecycle. This entailed extensive strategic planning in advance of tender release, co-ordination throughout the bid and workshops with varied client teams from across the business. Utilising our extensive experience, we crafted detailed and convincing responses, in alignment with our client’s strategic goals.
As part of our pre-tender collaboration with the client, we developed an effective bid strategy, considering the specific goals of the end client and the potential winning advantages of our team. Multiple collaborative workshops allowed us to create a nuanced and goals-driven bid strategy with buy-in from the bidding team.
We worked collaboratively with subject-specific specialists via workshops throughout the process, ensuring we were communicating their strengths as powerfully as possible. Reviewing took place in stages across the bid, where we worked to ensure consistency, accuracy and compelling writing throughout.
We crafted detailed, evidence-based and well-structured responses for the bid, covering a range of topics from social value to delivery methodology. Working with the client team, we ensured that their strengths and capabilities were communicated in the most engaging, dynamic and easy-to-understand way possible.
Working alongside the client team from the earliest stages, prior to tender release, we developed strong working relationships and helped to co-ordinate bid management and writing processes. This required close contact with individual team members as well as a big picture view of the bid.
