Phoenix planned, designed, and rolled out a new Integrated Management System (IMS) for our client in line with their strategic internal initiative to revitalise their company document architecture.

We supported the client through initial steering workshops, identifying the core activities required to deliver project success and providing insights based on our prior experience developing similar systems for other clients in the UK.

We helped scope and generate the IMS core principles and author / review several technical documents to form the basis of the new system and serve as a template for subsequent documents. This included a ‘Level 0’ document, providing an overview of the new IMS, its purpose, and guidance on how to access and use the system.

We provided ongoing coordination and planning support to the client, ensuring key activities were assigned to appropriate parties and completed in a timely manner. For instance, we leveraged our communication expertise to help define a communication strategy for all client staff, optimising uptake and use of the system.

Feeding into the communication strategy, we delivered a range of materials, including presentations, InDesign documents, and tutorial video storyboards.
