Phoenix supported our client in the tendering process for this Government of Canada opportunity, utilising our experience in supporting teams and JVs on collaborative contract models, ensuring the right behaviours are adopted from the outset to drive alignment and create a ‘one team’ approach between project partners and team members. We provided a number of workshops to support our client through the bid, including with behavioural development and workshopping and review of the bid.

We held collaborative team-building workshops with our client to help drive alignment across multiple teams in preparation for the tendering process. This including preparing teams for working in a collaborative contract model.

Phoenix assisted a JV with preparation for taking part in a project with an early contractor involvement model. This included building teamwork skills to ensure ease of collaboration in teams that had not worked together or in a collaborative contract model previously.
